Kent Schrum is the lead Project Manager and Web-site Developer for STL HOME RENOVATIONS.com. With his broad construction background and extensive network of reliable contractors we are sure we can meet the demands of any project, whether it’s a small $500.00 Repair or a $10mil complete apartment renovation project! Specialty Renovations has the ability to adapt to any demand of our clients. He and his 3 sons also own the successful St. Louis Foundation Repairs.
In 2019 Kent’s 3 adult sons entered the business with him. Together they form the perfect TEAM. His son Korey now leads as the daily on-site project manager plus work with his 2 brothers Caleb and Keagan to ensure a smooth building experience. You can rest assured that your project will be treated with the utmost care knowing there is an owner on site at all times!
